I really need to be on my A game this weekend. I need to lose 1.7 pounds by Wednesday to win a dietbet. If I stick to this plan I should be able to lose weight over the weekend, not just hold steady. Walk as much as humanly possible! Need lots of steps this weekend!

 

Saturday:

-Wake up at 7

-Drop off car for an oil change

-While waiting go for a run (minimum of 3 miles)

-Fruit smoothie (or chocolate if there's any left) for early lunch

-Drive into the city, pick up race packet

-Stop by the Guggenheim (if time)

-Walk across Central Park to pick up C at 86 or 81

-Stop by bar, can have two beers max and a pulled pork slider

-Pick up dinner at Dig Inn (small meathballs, brown rice, sweet potatoes)

 

Sunday:

-Wake up at 4:45

-Grab coffee (granola bar for breakfast)

-Head over to Queens - 10k at 8am

-Enjoy post race festival, grab lunch from the lebanese food truck

-Head back home

-Get some cleaning done

-Dinner: Chicken pot pie ravioli with mushrooms
