It's all good!!! Carol, the challenge is just beginning. Always remember this: We're a work in progress, & we're working on making changes for the better. Whenever you slip & fall off track (we all will), please don't beat yourself up about it!!! Please forgive yourself, pick yourself up, & get back on track from that point on. We didn't learn bad eating habits overnight, & we're not gonna master them overnight either. Change takes time!!! Take small steps toward the positive changes you want to make. The amazing changes you want to accomplish will definitely happen over time. Good luck!!! You're gonna do really well with this!!! :-)
