I actually think you're onto something. I've tracked my food on and off for YEARS. I get kind of OCD about tracking EVERY day, but by now, I should trust myself, right?? You've inspired me to give My Fitness Pal a break for a week because it is stressful at times to track. I don't want to get obsessed with the numbers - ANY numbers, actually.

It really can be stressful to track all the time. I say give it a shot -- try being your own tracker for a while and see how you do.
