I missed quite a few days in my blogging due to my friend's birthday weekend.  I stayed longer than I initially planned and have been having a hard time getting back into the swing of things.  I figured a short, sort of pointless blog today is better than nothing and will definitely help me get back into my routine.  Sometimes I just need some small step to get things rolling. 

The birthday was very fun! We had a Frasier themed party.  I stayed much healthier than I would have this time last year.  Definitely indulged a bit, but I'm still happy to see constant, if small, improvements :-)  I'm definitely, officially becoming a mindful eater. I need to keep practicing and all, but it's coming fairly easily. 

I've been cleaning all day and now it's time to workout.  I'm rather tempted to take a nap instead though! Haha.  I'll get moving though. It's only 30 minutes after all.
