It's really the home stretch for my diet bets. It all feels kind of old hat now, not new and exciting as it was back at the beginning of the year. I dont even have much to say. i just want to stick to my plan as much as possible. Perhaps after the 28 days I will be glad I tried to jot down some thoughts each day. 

I noticed yesterday that my workouts are starting to actually show. My arms look significantly better than they have in a couple years. Woo!
