Cheryl, it sounds to me like you have been running your *own* marathon. It is so hard to care for a sick loved one, let alone for 9 years. I took care of my dad for his last two weeks and it was SO hard in so many ways. Hugs to you and good work taking care of yourself!! I am new to Diet Bet also.
