well i submitted my first official weighin on diet bet and realized i can blog on here....go figure. anyways, a little about me. My highest weight was 234 but mostly i've been between there and 225 for the last 15-20 years, its like my body is comfortable at that point. i've tried almost every plan and even managed to lose over 50 lbs on the body for life plan but always seem to gain it back. since beginning of april i did low carb/keto diet and lost to 205 but then i stalled so i bounced back and forth to a couple for last month and half. i joined ww and was down but last couple days i've not been able to stick to it.

 

today i am currently going back to ketogenic diet, healthwise i just feel better and it worked for me although i've been studying more and looking at what i need to do to make this a lifestyle.
