Being a HS and college athlete - I understand how sore work outs can leave you feeling days after.

Yesterday was my first day back at the gym in over a month, and the trainer at the gym kicked my booty! 
When I was doing those classes a month ago, I used at first a 5 lb weight during the routines and moved up to 8 lb weight. Yesterday, I barely could do the moves with my body weight alone!!! Ha! 

It was a great class yesterday. Feeling stiff and store today - but stretching and hydrating I hope will help. 

This morning I woke up a bit early (considering it's my summer break --) and made a healthy omlete. 
I just came in from walking 2.06 miles/35 minutes -- in 90 degree heat!! 

Keeping it up for the healthier and slimmer me!
