Day 8 Wednesday July 29th was a good day it was a GREAT day. I was in my calorie range and I did an extra workout by riding bike with my kids. I over came the idea of having to buy cotton candy and snow cones at a circus and only had a couple peanuts. Then Day 9 Thursday July 30th I did bad really bad First my aunt came down and took us out to eat. We ate at an all you can eat place with spaghetti I did goodish only ate about a cup of it and a meat ball but then I had 3 garlic breads but then I walked 3 miles (not very many but it was hot out) I made my 10,000 steps today was doing good but then my mom and dad invited us to go with them and my aunt out to eat again this time An all you can eat Mexican!!!!!! Yep I totally failed myslef there! I had 2 tacos some rice, refried beans, ????? mix into a dip with chips. I ate a bunch like my stomache hurt I ate to much. THEN my mom took us to DQ because they are having a blizard fundraiser yep I ate one of them too!!!! BUT it was the SMALLEST one that counts for something kind of right?!?!? I do have to give myslef some thumbs up because normally this woukd turn into Well I already messed it up lets have more fun and start again Monday. But I'm not doing that. We have a cubscout camping trip starting tomorrow and I'm going to us that and my love for walking new travles to my advantage and hope to get back on track.
