Been there, done that...you are not alone! I'm a stress eater and definitely have to redirect myself at times (you are not hungry, you just ate a meal...there is no good reason to be baking something (ie no party, not sharing at work, etc)...and yeah, I give in to the 'forget this...omnomnomnom' every now and again.
