Came out of the gates hot, losing 10lbs in six days through diet and exercise.  Rewarded myself with a day of beer and bbq.  Then of course the next day felt too dumpy to do anything, and rather than sweat it out or clean out my system with fruits and veggies, I ate chips and cheese dips all day long.  Back up 4lbs in those two days.  Busted my butt the following 2-days, losing 5 more lbs.  Small weight gain the next day for no apparent reason, maybe fluid retention, maybe muscle increase as intensity with resistance training increases.  The next day (last night) felt pretty drained, so I decided to give my body a rest.  No exercise and Burger King for dinner.  Wouldn't you know it, 5lbs. heavier today than I was 48-hours ago.  

 REMINDER TO SELF:  No fast food, no beer binges, no skipping workouts...NO EXCUSES!!
