Today I'm happy, and I want to blog about it so that down the road I remember what today feels like.  I know it will change, in a few days or a week or a month, and I won't feel this... but today I just feel firmly "in the zone"! 

I had my normal egg-white omelet and fruit for breakfast, chicken (the Sriracha Honey Lime recipe I found last week) and steamed broccoli for lunch, a low-fat yogurt for a snack, and have a healthy dinner planned.  I haven't been craving anything else today, except my water, which I've been drinking steadily!  My body feels a energized and there's an underlying 'energy hum' that I feel... that I always like to think is the fat burning off!  :)

 

It's a good day, simple and clean... nothing special, but worth celebrating!
