Today has been a bad day! But here goes...

Coffee with 1/2 cup Soy Light Milk

Grilled Chicken, 1/2 bun, lettuce, tomato

A few firies maybe 6

24 oz water

OUCH... McDonalds ice cream cone... and I ate it all...

Cucumber 1/2

iced coffee with soy milk light and sugar free sweetner

1/4 cup mac and cheese

1 T hummus (chick pea)

And I did not get to walk, in my exercise.. but I did walk a good bit today.
