Has my metabolism finally come back to life?? I'm suddenly losing weight this week for no real reason. I keep holding my breath as I weigh each morning, sure I've gained, but instead the number has gone down way more than it should have. This has gone on all week, so it doesn't appear to be a glitch.  I'm not going crazy with the eating, but I'm so used to having to eat so little just to maintain, and almost nothing in order to lose.  And the heat has prevented me from doing too much at the gym this week. 

Well, I'll take what I can get, and continue to eat as well as I can. The weather will be back in the 80s this week so I'll be working my butt off again too! I was coming so close to completely losing this month's goals, but instead it looks like I'm going to overachieve!!!
