Started at 150. Dropped to 147. Ate pasta for two days in a row, now I'm 151. 😂 It really is some sort of devil's food when it comes to bloating!

My husband gave up sweets for lent. I have been staying away from them since starting this game. Last night we went to the store and I bought some low calorie peanut butter ice cream bars. I was so sure I was “needing” a treat. Funny thing is we got home, he put the groceries away and I completely forgot about them. I’m really starting to believe this whole “a craving lasts about 20 minutes”.

I’m in the same boat in up 1.5 lb since I started the week strong and then floundered at the end of the week with nutrition. But I did get 5 workouts in this week. Very nervous I may not get the weigh in weight since I have to lose 7 -8lbs! Gonna go strong from now until the end !

I make cheap and delicious homemade pizza all the time... all you need is a flour tortilla, sauce, and cheese! Mine end up being around 450 calories each. They're so good, like a thin crust pizza! :heart: sometimes we have to substitute instead of cut out completely.

I started doing DietBet when I was 176 lbs, and with it, got down to 136 (130 is my goal weight). Then I moved and stopped doing DietBets and over the course of seven months, I gained 20 lbs, putting me at about 156. Now that I've started doing these again, the weight has melted off--I'm already down to 147! So all this to say, thank you everyone who makes and participates in these games, as this gives me the motivation that I need!! <3 (The $360 in profit hasn't hurt either ;) )

BH if your goal was 15 than I think you’ll be ok. Some people loose a lot initially this is water weight you lost most likely. Make sure you are drinking enough water (I’ve been trying a gallon a day) and keep going the weight loss will slow down but you’ll see changes in your waistline.
If your goal was 15 than I guess 45 would be your max before you “lose” the DietBet. Don’t be discouraged if the weight loss hits a perceived stand still you are still losing inches you won’t notice it on the scale but your waistline will.

    Drinking enough water is essential for burning off fat from food and drink, as well as stored fat!

Very Important Life Lesson......
My bloodwork CBC was off in various categories. Had to have it checked every two months.....Guess what the reason was after all that, dehydration...... I had researched the #s on the web as to what the issue might be and that was one of them. Before I went this time was diligent about getting in 64 oz each day..... normal numbers.....WATER IS THAT IMPORTANT.......
