  • Hi guys! A bit late to the game but am determined as ever! Today I crushed my daily 25k step goal so I'm pumped! My personal, non weightloss goal is to hit 25k steps every day from now until June 1st! I started on January 18th. So far I have about a week streak!

    I wanted to share a tattoo of mine that I think is fitting for this challenge. "Do not go gentle into that good night. Rage, rage against the dying of the light." I might have joined late but I'm ready to conquer these rounds! 😁

Okay I’ve been eating much healthier, working out about 2 hours everyday and staying around 1600 calories and I’m gaining more than I’m losing??? How is this possible??

I always lose more when I eat healthy and don’t exercise as opposed to adding a workout everyday. It’s strange and frustrating BUT I would rather stay stalled at weight and keep exercising, you just feel so much better and in time your body will start to really change in a great way

My body lags behind a few days. It could be that and a combo of water weight. Just thinking about a two-hour workout makes me thirsty!
