Losing again!

What are you doing to lose the weight? Eating plan? Certain workouts? I could use all the advice I can get at this point!

I stick to 1200 calories a day, mostly fish, chicken and vegetables. Fruit for snacks, or a Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt. I try to get in at least 12,000 steps a day, but I prefer to have some of that be at least 30-60 minutes of running or power walking. The last few nights I’ve had giant bowls of air popped popcorn with 1 TBS butter and a little salt – this is what I thought was going to hurt me, but so far so good. I’m not going to go crazy with the popcorn, but I’m really happy if I can use it for a snack every so often. I track every crumb in MyFitnessPal to make sure I’m doing what I think I am, and I especially watch out for ANY oil & butter because those add up REALLY fast.Oh! My newest trick is to keep fresh sugar snap peas in the fridge, and I’ve found they are great to munch on in front of the TV instead of mindlessly snacking on anything else (including popcorn!).
