For some reason today I wanted to really eat.  Nothing sounded good but something I didn't need, like ice cream.  Emotional eating: I'm going to visit my grandchildren and am excited!  

I walked, napped, and tried to get it out of my head.    I finally went to the store; but I didn't get ice cream, I got wasabi almonds, and salted caramel peanuts (probably had sugar) ate some and later ate a dinner of a big salad and a sausage.  The good thing: I went to a store to get ice cream and didn't. The not so good thing: I'm sure the peanuts have sugar in them!  

Such is life!
