I have had my ups and downs in terms of weight loss over the years. I have been successful with Weight Watchers, but then gained it all back and then some when I fell off the wagon. I would like to make a lifestyle change because right now I am not in a very good place. I love my body and myself, but I know that I would feel healthier and happier if I were to lose my extra weight. I was much happier in the year post Weight Watchers my first time around, and since then I have slowly declined, with the past year being such a dramatic decline that I knew I had to do something. I have always felt less motivated to make a change because of one reason or another, but I hope I am finally ready to make this change and have it stick. This 30(ish) day challenge will hopefully be the kick I need to get this started, and hopefully it will only go up (or down!) from there. Even if I am only able to lose the 4% required to "win" the game, that will be a heck of a lot better that the path I am currently traveling on. Making this small goal for the next 30 days will hopefully get me on track for my future, taking each day one step at a time and not trying to rush into things too quickly.
