I really killed it! Lost 7 pounds! I'm so proud :) Doubt I can keep it off and its probably only because I just woke up and I'm so thirsty and hungry! (your weight can flucatuate up to ten pounds because of food, water, and bowel movements)

 

BUT ANYWAY I DID IT! And it only required some killer runs and workouts and a modicum of self control in the food area :)
