Great post Rebecca!!! Those are my non scale goals too!!! Where you reading my mind??? (Just kidding!!!) One day I'd love to be able to do pull-ups & push-ups too regularly instead of the modified version. I know it's gonna be a while from now, but I'm definitely gonna work on making my arms stronger so that I'll be able to. Right now, if I do 3-4, I'm good!!! I also do planks for core strength. I still have a big stomach (my kangaroo pouch), but in time I'm sure it will go away with my diet & consistent workouts. Thanks for sharing!!! :-)

Great post Rebecca!!! I agree with you!!! DietBet has given me the push I needed too!!! I was constantly yo-yo dieting: losing to gain!!! I was sooo tired of trying different diets & getting the same results: NOTHING!!! I'm sure my family got sick & tired of hearing that I was on another diet!!! LOL!!! After joining my first challenge (5/6/14), a lightbulb lit up!!! I became motivated as well as inspired to WANT to finally lose this weight once & for all!!! And thanks to our amazing DIETBETTER FAMILY, my journey is sooo much easier because I'm getting the support I need to succeed on this weight loss journey. Congratulations on your 15 pound loss!!! Keep up the great work!!! :-)
