I hate dieting! I'll just say that from the start. I grew up with a mother who thought thin was important. And, because of that I was on some form of a diet from the age of 11 until I had weight loss surgery when I was 27. After that, I swore I'd never diet again! Instead of seeing this as a diet though, I'm choosing to look at it as trying to break some bad habits I've formed since starting here at iDS. One of which is the daily pop or 2 that I consume whilst sitting at my desk. I think if I am able to cut those out and drink more water I am about half way to my goal of losing 40 pounds to get to my goal weight. Thank you Abbey for coming up with this idea and I look forward to seeing everyone working towards their individual goals.
