Feeling good about this "diet" thing. Thus far I have not seriously modified my eating habits aside from the fact that my main plan of action is to listen to my body. It's not something I'm used to doing, it's usually my brain/emotions that are in charge of what I eat, but for the next 30 days it's my stomach! What's the plan you ask? Stop eating when I'm no longer hungry and eat slower. Plus, when I enterain the idea of eating anything at all, I think about how it might make me feel after I eat it. Not like "will I feel guilty" but more like "will I feel like shit after I eat this?" I don't wan to feel physically bad ever so that's motivation enough for me. So, after the weigh in next Saturday, we'll see how that plan has worked out. Plus, trying to curb the soda intake while I'm working. Good luck everyone.

Sign in to CommentThat's a good plan "will I feel like shit after I eat this?" I've cut a lot of things this past week and let me tell you, feel way better. It's not easy on the emotions though. In particular, giving up carbs/sugar will make you really cranky during the first 3 or so days. That detox is for real. Good lucky Brooke!
