I feel GREAT!! I just had my second Weight Watchers meeting and am down SIX POUNDS!

I definitely know that this is not to be expected every week, and that 1-2lbs per week is a better goal to set for myself to be realistic. But it is such a great feeling to put so much effort into making a change and to actually see that reflected in my week! Seeing my weight finally going in the right direction makes me feel so much better about myself, even if it has only been a week.

It is playing with my head a little because my scale at home is not the same as the scale in the meeting room, so my "official weigh in" on here is lower that what I started with on WW, but I am trying to just not think about my 'starting weight' here, and just go with what WW says because then at least I will have consistency from week to week.

Going grocery shopping last Monday was probably one of the best decisions I made for myself, and I will definitely have to keep up with that. I am going again tonight to pick up some supplementals for the week (fruits, veggies, salad, etc) and plan one or two recipes that I can make to enjoy throughout the week.

Any suggestions for good things to try that are low in Weight Watchers points plus?
