I'm going through some big changes in my personal life. These are by no means things that I didn't ask for, but they are still causing me a great deal of saddness. BUT, instead of wallowing in it this month as I have for the last 6 months, I'm choosing to use it instead. I'm going to look at you guys as motivation to move past the sad and push forward to reaching goals. Ideally I'd like to lose about 10 lbs in this month. To me, that's not too much to ask so I'm really going to work at it. Anyone have any tips on jump starting this thing?
