My biggest challenge with weight loss has been maintaining a journal.  For this kickstarter, I plan to write a blog every evening.  Nothing fancy, just documenting my journey - hopefully more mountains high than valleys low ....

Nutrition: I drank lots o' water today, and ate well: B) egg white omelet with spinach; L) steamed shrimp dumplings with lite soy sauce; D) baked tilapia with mixed veggies (lots of asparagus); S) apple and grape tomatoes.  Need to make sure that I keep healthy options on hand.  According to WW, I need to incorporate more dairy into my diet.  Does ice cream count?  :-)

Activity: Happy to report that I made it to the gym today!!  Yoga class was really hard - my warriors were a bit wobbly and my downward dogs were not pretty.  But, I was surprised to discover that I can still touch my toes!  Counting that as a win.

We must start somewhere.  As the proverb says, "The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step."
