Trying to get back up on the horse, but I can't find the stirrups...

Nutrition: B) sausage, eggs, home fries, toast, and tomato slices; L) turkey sandwich and watermelon; D) short rib and pasta salad; S) snickers.  24 oz of water, and 24 oz of kool-aid.

Noteworthy: In my past attempts to keep a weight loss journal, I stopped around day 2 - 3.  Hitting day 4 is new territory for me!  In past, I fell off - much like now - and just gave up all together.  I am not giving up.  I will continue to keep this journal and endeavor to make good choices with greater consistency.
