
well summer is not far away time to put in some serious effort to shape up. Tone up I have joined gym, go to boxercise classes three times a week and one fitness class a week also.
Eating healthy and clean foods drinking plenty of water also. I have bought Sia's diet and excercise programs to guide me but I already excercise alot so will have a look later .
Be great if I have improved for my 45 birthday in November. Will help build my confidence.
