Excited to say I have already lost a little weight. Hooray! Even though I had a small piece of bounty bar for treat. Apart from raison toast I have been sticking to healthy eating and plenty of water.Writing my food down on My Fitness Pal definetly helps. I eat almonds like ppcorn sometimes and at 832 calories in a cup I am definetly going to stop eating alot of those!
I am enjoying my chocolate coconut protein shake for breakfast. Have booked in 2 sessions a week with personal trainer at gym so he will push me to do my excercises on the machines so I am feeling motivated.
