Fruit salad for lunch yesterday wih just one dollop of yoghurt was delicious. Chicken and green vegies for dinner. Felt great steping on scales this morning and seeing I have lost weight. Just a little but its some. Baby steps boxing tonight and tomorrow night keen to go as its fun.

Yummy avocado omellette for my lunch today my own recipe tasted nicer than it looked. Slow cooker is on with chicken and marinated lamb for our dinner. 

I am feeling positive. I may get to my goal weight. :)
