Changing my lifestyle

So interesting! My husband has Hashimotos. He hasn't shown any intolerance to any foods, but it seems when he is over-worked that it gets worse. He has skin discoloration patches all over and more recently has lost splotches of hair on his head. You will have to share if Armour seems to effect your mood or have any other side effects. I keep telling him to go back to the specialist, but he won't listen! Anyhow, good for you for taking care of yourself and listening to your body. Keep your chin up and know that you are beautiful inside and out :) God Bless!
