I want to cross my legs again

Hi Amber! I've been "on the journey" for 6 years now. My original starting date was October 19th, 2009. I weighed 210 pounds, thought I should probably weigh around 175, and I was sick of looking and feeling the way that I did. For six months, over the fall and winter, I worked HARD. I had to learn how to exercise and relearn how to eat. But after those six months, I had somehow managed to lose over 70 pounds. It was insane. And awesome. After that, I had my second child and had to re-lose some weight. Not a big deal. I had the tools to do it. And that time around, I started to run and grew to LOVE it. I LOVE RUNNING! So crazy for me. I then had another kid. A year after he was born, I needed to lose a few pounds again. I did a Transformer last November to this May and lost about 15 pounds. Felt great again. Sadly, this summer I had a rough time and fell into some old habits (that wine and those buffets sound PRETTY familiar!). I now have about 20 pounds I would like to re-lose, and this Transformer should get me most of the way there. It won't be easy. It probably won't be a straight path. But I'm going to do it.And you totally can, too. Keep plugging away, and you will get there. Don't forget to take some starting pictures and measurements. I forgot to do that last time, and I really wished I had. Going to do mine today, if I can!Looking forward to getting to know you better....now that I've written you this novel. lol

Aileen, thank you so much for sharing some of your journey. It's stories like these that we all need to hear and be reminded that we're in this together. I look forward to getting to know you better too and you go, lil runner girl!!
