Okay maybe it isn't the best choice of words but very appropriate for what I am taking on.  After 25 years of progressive weight gain (40 lbs in the last year), enough is enough.

 

I have reached the point where I have no more excuses so I am lining up several tools, incentives, games to motivate me to do this once and for all.

  1. Joined the gym
  2. Found a personal trainer
  3. Signed up for a Diet Bet challenge
  4. Promised myself 'no more fast food'

 

My goal...lose 50 lbs by New Years...100 lbs bby May 2015.
