That's an aggressive time table for that amount of weight-loss. I'm not saying it isn't doable, but I encourage you to always celebrate the mini-milestones, too. Congratulate yourself everyone time you lose another 10 pounds, and remember that every pound lost is another proof of your commitment to yourself. For the next 9 months, you're going to have to remember to focus on all the positives, and accept the negatives without allowing them to derail you. We all have the negatives. After all, if we were good at following the "healthy" rules, we wouldn't need to change our lifestyles in the first place.
