Well, it's the end of day 2 and I would call it a definite success! I definitely drank plenty of water, stayed on track with my eating, and worked out twice (yoga and circuit training). My muscles feel a little sore but overall I am feeling pretty amazing. I haven't run into any major temptations or anything, although I know it will happen eventually. Such as when I work the next few days.

I only work part time: 1/2 day on Tuesdays, and all day on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I plan on taking my food tomorrow, but the other two days I'm out in the community working and so we always just go out to eat. I either need to talk my boss into going back to the office now instead, or just trying to make good choices at the restaurants. I think I'm going to suggest we start heading back to the office when we can; it will be easier on calories and on my wallet.

Hope everyone else's days were successful! Even if you feel like it wasn't, don't give up. You can do this, and one "bad" day or decision does not define you or mean that you failed. You have to acknowledge it and move on, keep working towards your goals.
