Nice one! Having my periods as we speak and I have been thinking about all these things as well. One more thing maybe to add, I had decided that going to the gym would suck when you have your periods and cramping but I am going to the gym 6 times a week and I am not going to miss out. It took me all day yesterday to get my butt out but it actually felt great and a lot of period frustration disappeared.... at least for couple of hours. ;)

Great job getting in there and getting it done! Not always easy to train when you're crampy and tired, but the increased circulation definitely helps!
