And the down fall of my last post

Well, darn. Sometimes you just get tired. I'm still down from where I started, but not nearly where I thought I could be by now ... but I still am down. Don't beat yourself up. Maybe look for some healthy recipes that might be a change from the routine. Or switch up something else -- elliptical instead of treadmill, long walk instead of short run, evening cuppa tea instead of glass of wine ... ?

Thank you for your encouragement Kristin! I just did a blog post about how I was wrong!! I barley made it and I am happy for that! I do need to come up with some new breakfast ideas that are quick and easy to do/have at work. Eggs are kind of not my thing. so I need to learn how to spice them up so that I can enjoy them more often.
