...and I'm glad I'm doing something about my weight. I feel like I've wasted part of my 20s not being as healthy and attractive as I could have been. I'm entering the second half of my 20s today (!) and I really want to make a permanent change.

Tonight I'm having a treat without feeling guilty, and it's right back to work tomorrow. (Also I'm going to try to eat light today otherwise and do a few miles of walking at the track to help compensate.) 

Really happy my weight is going down.

Also, I cut my hair to the shortest it's ever been--a long bob about halfway between my ears and shoulders. (I love it.)
