Woooohoooo! Down 1 kg, I am very happy about this! It seems my little changes and generally being a little more mindfull of what I eat are working.

My third little change will be happening very soon, as I've just ordered a pedometer. I balme the amount of walking I do now, verses how much I used to do as a big reason for my weight gain, so:

I'm going to take 50,000 steps a week.

I know really it should be 70, 000 but let see how it goes.
