Let me start off, straight away, by making one thing clear: I love sandwiches! They're such a simple pleasure, but a good sandwich is one of my little joys in life.

There is no way in hell I am giving-up sandwiches.

What I will do is:

Make all sandwiches open sandwiches, instead of regular sandwiches.

This cuts out 1 slice of bread, equating to 85 calories, from every sandwich. Given I eat at least 2 a day... *cough* often-like-four *cough* that's at least 170 calories a day gone.

Update: My first little change is not only saving me a few calories, but my backside and lower abs are a bit achey this morning, so hopefully I'll end up tining a little too.
