Today I am giving myself permission to have an excessive day. This is not planning to fail, it is acknowledging that there are days when there are other priorities besides keeping within calorie limits. Today is one of those days. We're going to a champagne tasting (serendipitously being held at a local wine shop for only $10 and we need to pick champagne options for the wedding!), having our weekly pizza night and then going out for a fun show with friends.

Today's Goal

Excessive does not have to mean gluttonous, I'm going to choose low-calorie drinks when out with friends this evening and be judicious with the pizza so as to not go over my maintenance calories for the day. 

Yesterday

Yesterday was amazing (very, very close to calorie goal), one lovely refreshing adult beverage and this morning I had my biggest drop of the week!
