The weekend was a mixed bag. I was really proud of holding the line on Friday and then Saturday was a blowout. Sunday was pretty average. The scale jumped back up, although I think it'll settle down as the week goes on. I need Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to be solid to head into the long weekend. 

Today's Goal

UNDER my calorie goal, no matter what. I'm starting a new breakfast routine, because I know that as I start to lose weight I get hungrier in the mornings -- then I end up eating my lunch for breakfast and buying Subway or vending machine garbage for lunch. So I made a breakfast sandwich, which is good. But it also means I have fewer calories to spare in the evenings. I'll have to watch that.
