This week was so great! I set a list of goals for myself on December 1st to accomplish for the month 20 trips to the gym, increase water intake by 24oz per day, get my third 10lb ribbon at WW and I am well on my way to achieving them!

I weighed in today and lost 4.8lbs this week!!! That brings me to 27.8lbs lost, which means I got my 10% keychain I didn't get it because they were out, but I will next week and my 25lb washer! And I am only 2.2lbs away from my goal of getting my third 10lb ribbon!

Water intake is not bad, but definitely need to work on it more, especially when I'm at work. I have been drinking more if only just because I've been going to the gym more often so I just need to work on being more consistent.

I have already completed four workouts for December, and have at least three more for this week! If I average four workouts per week I should make it to 20 no problem!

My goals for this week are to learn the new SmartPoints program that Weight Watchers released, go to the gym Zumba classes as well as working on the stationary machines four times, and prepare a holiday party on Friday and also one on Saturday. I am feeling really motivated to do well in these bets kickstarter ends tonight, transformer round 2 ends on the 24th and keep on pushing in my lifestyle change and overall goals. I will definitely be rolling my winnings from this kickstarter over into the January Jumpstart on 1/1 because I love the group of people who are in Kristine's bets! They are just the push I need to keep going every day! Here's to the holiday season!!
