Well, I blew it. I totally and completely gave up on my Kickstarter. I thought I had a plan, but wow, apparently I did not.
So I'm back, but where I belong -- in a Transformer. Yes, I know it's right before Christmas, but you know what? THERE'S ALWAYS SOMETHING AROUND THE CORNER THAT'S A REASON TO EAT OR DRINK TOO MUCH. ALWAYS. So I'm not letting that be a crutch / reason / excuse / cop-out any longer.
Here's the new rules for this first month of Transformer:
1) Log calories daily.
2) Under 1850 calories 6 days a week. No "slightly" overs or "almosts." Under means under.
3) Have a cup of tea to relax in the evening.
4) No alcohol the day after any days that are over 1800 accidental or otherwise.
Today's Goal
Sign up for the Transformer as planned (although without the lost weight of the Kickstarter), log calories.
