Hi! My name is Alisha and I weigh as of today, December 12, 2015; 229lbs. This will be my first ever Dietbet challenge. I'm excited but also nervous. I can't wait to interact with a community to stay focused and progress towards my goals. I've been in a plateau as of recently, but I'm ready to move forward in my journey and finish my weightloss once and for all this coming 2016 year. My goal before the bet is to lose an additional 15lbs. I have my work cut out for me, but I know I can do this if I put my mind to it, now all there's left to do is to stop typing and get a move on. Sign in to CommentThis is mine too, it's been 5 days and I'm excited about it. I don't have any real plans set on weight loss other than moderating my intake and walking more. I have gotten some good tips from people already though, like using My Fitness Pal, and Willitary Fitness on youtube. Good luck to you too!
