This is mine too, it's been 5 days and I'm excited about it. I don't have any real plans set on weight loss other than moderating my intake and walking more. I have gotten some good tips from people already though, like using My Fitness Pal, and Willitary Fitness on youtube. Good luck to you too!

Yes you should definitely try it! I've started it before and got to week five. I loved it and the program really shocked me with how much change I saw in my running from week one to week five! I'm excited to experience that again. Don't worry, it's a process and just like you said, we are done with step one! We'll get there together :) ! Also, I hear trying to drink water in increments helps. Like, after taking a sip, drink half a cup of water or drink a cup when you wake up. Another alternative is to spice up your water so it's more enjoyable! You can use fruits, lemons, cucumbers, to help. :)

I meant a sip of the sugary drink* If it's a real bad craving it'll be hard to kick at first, but it will get easier to say no! :)
