Non-scale victory of the week!

Leg pressed 270lbs and did 20 minutes nonstop on the stairmaster!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eat better on the weekends because I'm lenient with myself and I am not as meal prepped,focused, and organized as I am during the week

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Reach my goal weight for the dietbet or come as close as I can to it!! Be consistent with my intake of calories and macros this week. Add in more cardio and continue to do the best I can!!

Aimed to eat towards my macros and did that very successfully! Workout at the gym 4 days and coming for my last two days!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I believe hitting my caloric goal wouldve been better, meal prepping, and sleeping for the recommended 7-9 hours would also be better
