My first weekend of the Transformer went very well. I had a cheat day on Saturday, even though it appeared to be only my second day in the bet, really I'd eaten cleanly and moderately all week, so it was a deserved break. Now back on track with Monday!

Today's Goal

Caroling last night tipped me slightly over my calorie goal with an extra hot buttered rum, so true to the first month's rules, no wine with dinner tonight! Packed a healthy lunch and gym clothes. On track for a good day!
