Office Christmas Party, eek! I am such a social eater, and I know how those little bites add up, it really makes me nervous. This is where I fell off the wagon around Thanksgiving. I need a game plan. Failing to plan is planning to fail, don't I know it.

Brainstorming:

  1. Eat a late (pre-packed) lunch so I'm more full
  2. Eat nothing at the party
  3. Eat one small plate only
  4. Drink only water for the first hour
  5. Limit two drinks
  6. Save out items from lunch so I have more room in my calories

I'm going to think on it and decide later.
