
Office Christmas Party, eek! I am such a social eater, and I know how those little bites add up, it really makes me nervous. This is where I fell off the wagon around Thanksgiving. I need a game plan. Failing to plan is planning to fail, don't I know it.
Brainstorming:
- Eat a late (pre-packed) lunch so I'm more full
- Eat nothing at the party
- Eat one small plate only
- Drink only water for the first hour
- Limit two drinks
- Save out items from lunch so I have more room in my calories
I'm going to think on it and decide later.
