So the office party was a SUCCESS! I ate a little less of my lunch, had a small plate and two drinks and still managed to stay under my calorie goals by have a small healthy meal for dinner! I even snuck in 20 minutes on the treadmill at lunch. :)

There are still big challenges ahead -- tonight we're going to a movie and eating out, tomorow brings fondue, Christmas day is all about duck and cinnamon rolls...but I'm taking them one challenge at a time. 

Today's Goal

Today's plan is to not indulge in the office leftovers and goodies, in order to save room for a meat plate and adult beverage at the movie. (I'm off to a good start, I already passed over chocolate dipped macaroons after looking up their calories. Bam!)

Exercised? Treadmill at lunch, but didn't bike to work due to weather.
