I since July I have been working on getting back to into shape for work. Been retired officer for three years and in that time gained loads of weight and been a couch potatoe. I now workout at ymca six days a week and love it. I swim, use the elliptical machine, and weights and have lost inches. Now its time for weight loss. I think that this lose weight for money is a great incentive. I have been good since July, now its time to get serious!!
